Trust & Privacy
We know you are cautious about sharing personal information online. Here is exactly what this tool does and does not do with your data.
No Credit Check
We never pull, access, or affect your credit score. Everything in the Money Finder uses your own self-reported estimates. No hard inquiries. No soft inquiries. Nothing.
No Social Security Number
We never ask for your SSN. This tool does not connect to any credit bureau, lender system, or government database. Your identity is never verified or shared.
No Guarantee of Eligibility
Results are possible matches based on published program rules. They are not approvals, endorsements, or promises. A program administrator and approved lender make the final eligibility determination using verified information.
Public Program Information
Every program in our database is publicly documented by a state agency, city government, county government, housing finance corporation, or HUD-approved nonprofit. We do not create or administer any program.
Official Source Links
Every program card includes a link to the official program page where you can verify rules, limits, and application instructions directly. We encourage you to verify everything we show you.
Program Data Must Be Verified
Program rules, income limits, purchase price limits, funding availability, and application processes change. Every program displays a last-verified date. If it has been more than 90 days, we tell you to confirm directly.
Optional Contact Consent
You see your full results before we ever ask for your name or email. Contact information is completely optional and is only used to send you a copy of your results if you request it. We do not sell your information.
Full Disclosure: Texas Homebuyer Money Finder is an educational tool. It does not provide mortgage approval, legal advice, financial advice, or final program eligibility decisions. Program rules, income limits, funding availability, and lender requirements can change. Always verify information with the official source, approved lender, housing counselor, or program administrator. We do not pull credit and do not ask for your Social Security number.
